Orders using the incorrect shipping process will result in cancellation and a $15.00 chargeback processing fee.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original carton packaging – we do not accept returns of used items. However we do replace items on internal issues caused by wicking, etc.
Select exploratory sets are final sale, found in collections. Limited Item sets are final sale. Custom units are final sale. all Caterogies are issued purchase warranty mention above.

Once a return is dropped off and scanned by the shipping carrier, the return is processed – credit card refunds usually take 3-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If your order has been marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, please wait 3 business days before reaching out to Serenitythebrandco@gmail.com Carriers sometimes preemptively mark a package as delivered before they actually complete the delivery. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you.

Each month you'll receive a brand new candle scent exclusively for subscription y't Your plan will be month-to-month (unless you purchase a prepaid plan): you will be charged each month on your billing date for the next month's subscription box.

Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you are good to go.

$45 + applicable sales tax. You will be charged this amount on the date of your first subscription purchase every month.

Our subscription box candles are always our standard size 7.3 oz ,Wooden wick candle.

Unfortunately, at this time no codes or sales will be applied to this exclusive product.

The scents will be available for the duration of each month.
ex: June’s scent will be available from May 1st to May 31st, July scent will be available from June 1st to June 30th, and so on. So be sure to order before the last day of the month if you want the scent for the following month.
